AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): Congress’s student wing NSUI has slammed Tripura University Vice Chancellor Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar's for his Printing scam which shows the VC is grabbing share of University project funds with 10% Commission.

State NSUI chief Rakesh Das hit the chancellor for his attitudes which displays his direct connection with saffron party, citing example of hoisting of ABVP’s flag.

Also various allegations came against the Vice Chancellor recently. The University has dropped its position under this VC at the national level.

The latest scam was exposed first time by a  local News Channel named “News Vanguard” which has exposed the VC in an exclusive operation where VC is seeking 10% commission from the University’s one of the printing project. It has been shown that VC operates these transactions directly in cash, which itself is a big scam.

The main question why the transaction should be in cash, by not maintaining transparency.

VC in this secret operation is asking Surendra Shethia, the contractor of printing works of the University 10% commission from the work. This video released by “News Vanguard” named Operation-White-Collar has created turmoil in the University and now public are demanding suspension and punishment of the Vice Chancellor.
