AGARTALA, May 20 (TIWN): Exit poll results, which has shocked the opposition parties and a big section of media have defeated Tripura’s most prominent Leftist leader, MP Jitendra Chaudhury (candidate East Tripura constituency), who himself didn’t cast vote to secure lakhs of voters votes from BJP’s rigging. Most of the Exit Poll results have predicted both seats in Tripura to be won by BJP, whereas locally taken ground report says East Tripura seat will be in CPI-M’s favour and BJP may win West Tripura seat unless a total re-poll is held due to massive rigging and fake vote casting by the BJP. Amid Citizenship Amendment Bill led anti-Modi wave evident in Northeast India, India’s exit poll results have felicitated NDA to win the Election beyond 300 seats, whereas in case of Tripura the mood of polling periods were totally against BJP during poll season backed by huge unemployment problem and povety along with tortures on common men.

Congress President of Tripura Pradyot Manikya however has rubbished the exit poll results, challenging the “exit poll itself will exit on 23rd May”.

Even the IANS-CVoter Exit Poll expects BJP and its allies to perform well in states and Union Territories (UTs) such as Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Sikkim, Tripura and Manipur.

The opposition parties have rejected to ‘believe’ the exit poll however.

In Tripura, Congress desperately announced to hoist “Bijoy Michil” on 23rd May as Congress and anti-BJP parties to gain majority according to the party prediction.

Surprisingly, like Tripura at Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan also where Congress is fresh winner in the last Assembly Election, the Exit Poll results have made the NDA winner claiming in Chhattisgarh Congress to score zero.

Now holding the patience tight, like all other states, parties in Tripura are eager to wait for 23rd result, the state which has undergone massive rigging and vote robbery by BJP specially in the West Tripura poll held on 11th April.

In East Tripura CPI-M candidate is Jitendra Chaudhury, Congress is Pragya Dev Barman and BJP is Rebati Tripura.
