AGARTALA, April 7 (TIWN): With a shocking revelation it was known that at least 95% of the total funds used by various political parties went to BJP giving a simple calculation of Modi’s expenditure for election campaigning from FM radio to govt projects. The data was referred by CPI-M General Secretary Sitram Yechury while addressing in a political rally at Agartala on Saturday.Addressing in Lok Sabha Election campaigning in Agartala said, “Narendra Modi who claims himself as the Chowkidar of the country in reality is a Sleeping Chowkidar, whose work is to dream each night and to tell everyone a new story out of it”. Hitting BJP on its Communal Politics, Yechury said, “Today country need NITI not NETA and thus to restore democracy vote for Left candidates. In Modi era, lowest numbers of Parliament days were counted which shows the Modi Govt is not at all interested to answer to the opposition”.

Tripura Election to be conducted in two phases : April 11 and April 18. CPI-M has nominated two of its sitting MPs Sankar Prasad Dutta (West Tripura) and Jitendra Chaudhury (East Tripura).
