AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): Tiprasa votebanks have rattled IPFT and BJP both ahead of Lok Sabha election as BJP now has requested the Election Commission of India to remove Ranjit Debbarma’s video from youtube where he was allegedly motivating ‘terrorism’.
In a press conference, BJP spokesperson Ashok Sinha said, Ranjit Debbarma is an international terrorist who has mentioned about Rajmata and Maharaja Pradyot Manikya’s support to him. Ranjit Debbarma further said, what he did in past will be doing in future.
According to Ashok Sinha, this “international terrorist” should not be supported by Congress, saying, Ranjit Debbarma and his ATTF were creations of CPI-M was in Bangladesh for long.
“Ranjit Debbarma has no shame, no repentance on his previous activities. He is still the head of ATTF”, said Ashok Sinha.
However, when BJP has urged election commission to remove Ranjit Debbarma’s speech, VHP like wings are spreading communal hatred between Hindus and Muslims in the state. Recently VHP by force, disobeying court’s order built a temple on Muslim’s graveyard, but nobody was arrested in that issue.
Apart from that, statewide Pratima Bhowmik led violence have hit normal lives. Tripura witnessed Madhab Bari violence where the people who caught in camera burning public properties, but govt didn’t take any action against them, neither proper action was taken against police for firing on innocents and attacking.
Amid all such violence sponsored by BJP, now BJP spokesperson has expressed concern on a speech of Ranjit Debbarma.
