AGARTALA, Feb 17 (TIWN): Border security force at Salbagan has organized a “Sending off Ceremony†at International Checkpost (ICP) Agartala to see off and wish best of luck to 24 BSF students visiting Bangladesh for a 5 days ‘Friendship Visit’.
This group of children comprises of 17 boys, 10 girls represented 3 different BSF Frontiers of Guwahati and Mizoram and Chachar and Tripura.
The function was organized under chairmanship of Alok Kumar Yadav, DIG acting IG of BSF.
This visit of BSF children to Bangladesh was a part of confidence building measures agreed upon between Director General BSF and Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB).
