AGARTALA, Feb 14 (TIWN): After BJP’s miserable loss, failure in Rajya Sabha to pass Citizenship Amendment Bill, so finally Biplab Deb in a press conference realized loss of mass support and bad time for himself as Biplab’s 11 months misrule marked as “Saddam Hussain’s draconian Era in Tripura’s history. “Ashamed” Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb at his own words favoring unconstitutional Citizenship Amendment Bill and his police’s brutal action of firing on “innocent” youths who were protesting against Citizenship Amendment Bill on January 8, 2019 at Madhab Bari, has now finally talked standing on the ground. Almost in gesture of accepting own wrong moves, Biplab Deb said the security of Tripura is under his liability.

However, this is the same Chief Minister under whom for the first time Tripura undergone brutal mob-lynching resulted from BJP Govt’s motivation to violence since Lenin’s statue’s demolition to attacks on various opposition leaders, nightmare burning of innocent people’s houses and many more ongoing tortures including attacks on media in unstoppable manner. 

Biplab Deb led BJP’s each “sin” from outcasting the people of the opposition from their houses for long 6 months to vandalizing houses of poor, middle class people, attacks on women, girls, canteen owners, murdering of innocent people like Sukhu Gour, snatching jobs of contractual employees, putting people inside bar with fabricated cases----oneday has to be answered and in parliament in PM Modi’s down speech the reflection of illegal activities of his party was vibrant. More than thousand websites were closed in Modi era.

Biplab Deb while addressing at the Secretariat urged people, not to believe in any rumour and to keep faith on him.  He blamed indirectly Pradyot Manikya, opposition, a section of media persons for playing “intrigues” against him, whereas in reality, public today are not with BJP but standing with truth whereas Biplab Deb has pushed the state with massive unemployment and starvation today and cancellation of all existing recruitments including TET (the recent one) have fueled massive resentment.

However, Tripura is now in festive mood as the unconstitutional CAB was lapsed in Rajya Sabha marking a moral victory to the people of Tripura.
