AGARTALA, Feb 11 (TIWN): Replying media questions on ex-CPI Minister Manindra Reang’s joining in Janata Dal (United), Ex-CPI-M Minister Badal Choudhury said that under Left Front Govt nobody is allowed to break discipline of the Govt.
The statement from Choudhury came after media asked him, why Left Front Ex-Minister Manindra Reang alleged, he was not allowed to work independently under your Govt.
Badal Chaudhury clearly said, “It doesn’t matter, what was anyone’s personal view. Manindra Reang also wasn’t CPI-M Minister, he belong to CPI (another Leftist party). Because of us, the CPI leader got recognition. In coming days whether he is eligible for a Minister without us, it will be seen, but in our ideology from Manik Sarkar to Manidra Reang all are bound by common ethics”.
The CPI leader cum Left Govt’s Minister Manindra Reang has recently joined Janata Dal. CPI General Secretary Ranjit Majumder said that it’s a betray to the party. At the same time, CPI said that such attempts come under BJP’s intrigue against Left parties and should fight back such intrigues.
