‘All political parties under Biplab Deb are allowed to practice democratic rights’ : Amit Shah

AGARTALA, Jan 6 (TIWN): Even though data has revealed in national media recently how crime rates have been doubled in last 10 months in Tripura, BJP National President Amit Shah has claimed in a press conference at Agartala that all the political parties rights have been secured in BJP Govt’s time.

Shah couldn’t mention on the increasing narcotic trend led by BJP leaders, slapping of former State Finance Minister Bhanulal Saha, attack on CPI-M, Congress’s top leaders, day-night attacks on opposition and burning of houses, open rigging of Panchayat and Municipal elections.

Tripura media exposed, how in one night under BJP General Secretary Pratima Bhowmik who is aspiring for MP seat in Tripura, violence statewide triggered and on that night till 4 am Biplab Deb was busy in meeting with all OCs of Tripura police stations to shape Pratima Bhowmik’s masterplan to attack oppositions after Congress won in 3 states.

 Even though Amit Shah has claimed that crime rates decreased in 2018, but the crime records data has exposed the BJP Govt.

Whereas in 2017 total only 3,894 cases had been registered in various police stations, in 2018 the number has spiked up 5,663 triggering a nation-level tension on Tripura’s law and order.

125 kidnapping of girls recorded in last year from April to November. In 2017 the number was 81. A sharp increase also recorded in miscellaneous cases which from 2017’s 584 cases, increased to 1,027 cases and the number of non-IPC cases also rose from 155 to 593.There was also a spike in the murder and road accidents numbers.
