BELONIA (South Tripura), Dec 13 (TIWN): Criminals under the guidance of Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik continue to attack opposition parties in mafia style everyday. In another brutal attack of ruling BJP’s nightmare terror, one CPI-M supporter Krishna Shil’s home at Satmura area of Belonia subdivision under South Tripura District was set on fire led the whole house burnt and killing of one domestic animal. The fire was set at 12.30 am in Krishna Shil’s house allegedly by BJP’s sheltered miscreants which turned the house furniture into ashes. The fire was set at first at the cow-shed which killed the cow and also the other rooms. Allegation has been raised against ruling BJP. Resentment, terror are prevailing across Belonia subdivision with the uncontrolled attacks started since around a month in that area.Centering the Municipal by-election, various attacks are being taken place across the state. Earlier, almost all the candidates’ houses were vandalized in BJP attacks, whereas maximum gave up to fight the election. Out of 158 seats, 91 seats BJP had grabbed without-contest through violence for the upcoming Municipal poll.

On yesterday, one Bimal Debbarma of Chamamura in Agartala was arrested after he was beaten severely by BJP miscreants for he burnt fire crackers in his own house after BJP’s national fall in Assembly Elections.

Taking the opportunity of having a same govt in State and Centre, BJP has controlled the whole administration lawlessly from police to election commission and at the same time brutal attacks are going on in media houses.

Hardly, a night passed in last 1 months which spared violence.CPI-M, Congress party offices were burnt massively.

Congress leader Ratan Das was attempted to be murdered in his Badharghat home by BJP miscreants on December 11, an FIR was lodged. In reaction to the FIR, instead of arresting the culprits, BJP MLA Ram Prasad Pal whose brother Mana Pal did the whole violence asked police to arrest Ratan Das saying it was none other than Ratan Das did the whole violence. The BJP MLA also said, he talked to Chief Minister Biplab Deb to arrange the arrest of Ratan Das.

With various fabricated cases, many times opposition victims, common men were arrested.

It came in national media, when one Dipak Debnath was arrested after he shared a news against Govt, published in Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) in his facebook.

Earlier, during Panchayat poll similar attacks took place on the opposition where 96% seats were won by ruling BJP. Then in this ongoing Municipal by-election, 91 seats out of 158 seats are already grabbed by BJP as by such kind of violence and attacks on CPI-M and Congress family members, they were forced to withdraw nominations.

Moreover, all of a sudden, State Election Commission without calling all-party-meeting, suddenly postponed the Municipal by-election for 5 days under suspicious reason. The Municipal election will be conducted on December 27, which was earlier set on December 22.
