AGARTALA, Dec 12 (TIWN): After nationwide massive defeat of BJP, Tripura CPI-M Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said that the BJP didn’t lose the elections only because people voted for Congress, rather they vote was against BJP and the result was reflection of public anger against BJP.
Manik Sarkar also called for opposition parties alliance in the upcoming Lok Sabha election 2019 to defeat BJP.
“From farmers movement to unemployment problem, poverty all those issues worked to unseat BJP in Madhya Pradesh, Chattishgarh, Rajasthan. This will also affect BJP heavily in the upcoming Lok Sabha election”, said Manik Sarkar.
The ex-Chief Minister further criticized the BJP Govt accusing it a Govt of corporates, not of poor.
“People’s agitation against the poor economy was reflected the anti-BJP flow across India”.
Sarkar also said that Mizoram people have too excluded BJP as already the party has fooled various states with fake promises.
