AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): In the ongoing media-revolution era in Tripura followed by shutdown of various media houses under the BJP Govt, public have shown huge resentments, tempers in social media. Not only inside Tripura but Tripura community residing outside India are "worried" about the ongoing tensions in the state and ruling party's anarchy to suppress the criticism. Almost all sections of people have condemned Govt attempt of murdering of democracy and the continuous attacks on fourth pillar of democracy. Across social media, Chief Minister Biplab Deb is now under public rage, being asked, why had he indulged ownself in media-bullying. When all other voices of Tripura from unemployed youths to Govt employees and farmers have been silenced under terror, threats, the last pillar of the democracy i.e. media itself came under the attack of BJP Govt, but all of a sudden when a section media persons came in reacting back the Govt, public have backed the voice. Questions were also raised by public why leading newspapers of Tripura are writing only in favour of the Govt when in the state, nothing is going well ?

Till now 5 media houses came under BJP's red-eyes : 1) Channel Din Rat, 2) Tripurainfoway.com, 3) daily Desher Katha, 4) Mrinalini ENN, 5) Times Today.

Three of them already were shutdown whereas Daily Desher Katha's circulations were abandoned and Tripurainfoway's social media page and the main website have been attempted to block. Now company in attempt to restore them. Few national media houses already condemned Tripura Govt's attempt of media-bullying.
