AGARTALA, Dec 2 (TIWN): Pre-planned organized attacks upon opposition CPI-M and a section of people by BJP leaders, using police in mafia style, various fabricated cases filed against innocents, MP Jitendra Chaudhury has slammed the police machinery of Tripura accusing from high rank police officers to lower rank officers all are involved in BJP Govt’s misrule. MP Jitendra Chaudhury was addressing in Gandachera where a massive protest rally was conducted against ruling BJP, RSS’s violence, party office vandalization followed by no arrest, rather imposing fake cases against victims. MP Jitendra Chaudhury said, “BJP with various fake promises came in power by fooling the public. From 7th Pay Commission to social allowance at 2000 rupees all were promised to be given from 4th March, but now after 9 months of passage not a single promise could be fulfilled by the Govt, rather they are now trying to suppress voices by violence. From Director General of Police to SDPO, OC all are involved in this misruling of the Govt, but if they think that by violence they can win elections one after one and people will not react back, then they are living in Fool’s Paradise”.

“Nobody will be left in coming days. In democratic way people will give them answer”, he added.

“Tripura is a small state, lived by only 38 lakhs of people. Developing it is not so tough. People trusted Modi, Jaitely and voted for BJP. But instead of developing, after 9 months of Govt formation Tripura is going backward”, MP Jitendra Chaudhury added.

Reminding police about their duties MP said, “From DG to SDPO, OC to lower rank officers who carry national symbol in their uniforms, I would remind them that no political party gives you salary but people give you salaries. People have given you this duty under constitution. Not only police but each Govt official is bound to the constitution”.

MP Jitendra Chaudhury was addressing in a rally at Gandachera followed by a rally. A CPI-M held massive protest led by MP Jitendra Chaudhury as after various party offices were attacked, vandalized, candidates were threatened, physically tortured, instead of taking action against them, Police have lodged fabricated FIRs against victims.
