AGARTALA, Nov 26 (TIWN): JUMLA Era turned Tripura’s dark era as daily murders, kidnappings, criminal misuse of various laws by Biplab Deb coterie just to satisfy vulger desires of revenge politics. Tripura’s 37 lakh people’s dream of model-state hit under Hitler era of Chief Minister Biplab Deb after 8 months of BJP ruling, whom people voted with hopes of growth and prosperity. Hitler style Monster is visible in BJP era and “right to live”, “freedom of speech” etc are already grossly violated. Law and Order has become a joke and misuse of law and acts are on full wave. Section 41 (A) is the mostly misused act by police under BJP era which says police can arrest a person without warrant. When police failed to arrest youths engaged in open violence even after viral videos in internet just because they belong to BJP, police is arresting innocents without evidences and FIRs and all are happening under none other than Rajiv Singh. Facebook user Dipak Debnath was arrested after he shared, debated on a news published in Tripurainfoway.com which questioned on BJP MLA Krishnadhan Das and Chief Minister Biplab Deb's FAKE qualifications.

But surprising matter is that when FIR was lodged at 6.30 am on Sunday the arrest was held at previous night 2am, which is totally illegal. 

Such incident never happened earlier that on the allegation of a news sharing, FIR was held as well as arrest was done.

Lawyers said, police not only illegally arrested Dipak Debnath but the FIR was lodged much later than the arrest.  Legal experts are proceeding to file case against police for gross misuse of power which may result suspension or termination of Job for 2^nd OC Airport Police Station Ratan Das.

"After arresting Dipak Debnath, he was forwarded under 505 section, Act-2. But as we saw in the FIR there was no mention about any proper complaint on the basis of which a person can be arrested. In the court, police said that in the CD everything is there, but it was not shared with us", Dipak Debnath's lawyers told media. 

"The arrest timing was most interesting. He was arrested at night 2 am and the FIR was lodged at 6.30 am today morning and we have told the court regarding this. Police said that Dipak was given notice under Section : 41 (A) but very hurriedly he was arrested and no notice in reality was served. It is a violation of the law", the lawyers of Dipak Debnath said.

The lawyer said that neither any notice nor any proper reason could be given by police behind his arrest. 

Dipak Debnath was arrested on yesterday night on the basis of one BJP Bamutia leader, MLA Krishnadhan's close person Kajal Dey had filed a complaint against him. 

Dipak Debnath is a resident of Rajnagar, Agartala was arrested on yesterday night after BJP local Kajal Dey filed an FIR against him and sources said, Dipak was brutally tortures by police. Then he was produced before the court. Dipak was released on bail by court, but before registering FIR he was arrested. He was arrested at 12.45 am (midnight) from his home. Section 505 was charged against Dipak Debnath. Dipak has been released on bail by the court.

This incident has erupted huge resentments as how criminals like MLA Krishnadhan Das with CM Biblab Deb’s support now misusing Police to harass common public with the sole purpose to suppress democratic voice.
