AGARTALA, Nov 21 (TIWN): Once again attack upon opposition CPI-M held at Dukli block in Agartala on Wednesday.

The attack took place when a subdivisional level meeting of the party was going on. All of a sudden local BJP activists allegedly rushed in the party office, vandalized the office premise, broken car's glasses and also bikes of the CPI-M activists which were parked inside the office were vandalized.

The also pelted heavy items, stones in the party office. Police arrived the sport after getting information but on that time already the miscreants left the office.

In last one week almost everyday various attacks here and there have been taken place on CPI-M, but all the incident left without any arrest even after viral footage of the culprits faces went through social media. 

Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's convoy was also attempted to stop on Friday when he was returning after a meeting, but so far no action is being taken. 

CPI-M in a statement said, "During a meeting at the Party office all of a sudden 50 to 60 RSS, BJP activists gathered in the party office with bikes and vandalized the office premise. They entered with liquor bottles, stones and heavy items and continued pelting for around 10 minutes. This attack vandalized around 30 bikes and 2 cars. In the mean time, police rushed to the spot with force and all of the BJP goons left the office then. FIR has been lodged".
