AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences, a joint venture with Government of Tripura and affiliated with Tripura Central University, established on August 24, 2009, in Hapania, Agartala is one of the premium Institute having world-class infrastructure in North Eastern India coordinating professional learning experiences and training for students in the field of Paramedical Sciences.

It offers 8 degree & 1 diploma paramedical (BHM,BPT,BMRT,BMRIT,BOPTM,BMLT)) & Nursing( Bsc. Nursing & ANM) courses .

TIPS offer graduate paramedical courses which have massive advantages compare to the diploma level courses, a graduate degree provides in-depth knowledge and clinical exposure, it also keeps students miles ahead in the competitive professional field in both Government & corporate sectors.   

On 15.11.2018, TIPS had organized an interaction program with the young achievers in Radiotherapy with the present students  at assembly hall in TIPS campus ,to bridge the gap between class room teaching and professional world.

Ms.SusmitaSaha, Senior Radiotherapist at American Oncology Institute, Nagpur and a   pass-out student of BMRT ,TIPS.

 Mr. ChinmoyDas , Radiotherapist at HCG Panda Curie Centre , Cuttack and a   pass-out student of BMRT ,TIPS.

They have discussed on a detailed scenario of radiotherapy in today’s context all across the globe.

Till date approx. 1200 paramedics have passed out from TIPS & working in different renowned Government & corporate healthcare sector in India & abroad. Many of those have also completed their higher studies for better professional proficiency and also serving as faculties in different academic institutes.
