AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Tripura University’s new Vice Chancellor Vijaykumar Dharurkar already proving himself a corrupt person as VC has chosen to appoint a under-qualified, no Phd, no NET, no Teaching experience laden individual Biswendu Bhattacharjee in Journalism Dept as Lecturer, who is well known for his corruption and money swindling skills via his NGO ‘ARPAN Society’.

Tripura University’s insider sources informed TIWN that, Biswendu Bhattacharjee published few buttering news articles on Vice Chancellor Vijaykumar Dharurkar, then showed him and cut a deal for a high paid TU Job in Journalism Dept in exchange of VC's national media publicity.

Biswendu Bhattacharjee is a stinger, which means Part-Time Correspondent of  UNI and Times of India from Tripura.

Biswendu's corrupt skills in mis-using UNI, Time of India names to various Ministers, Officials, even TU VC in exchange of personal benefits ongoing since many years.

Journalists like Biswendu who use their profession as whores are deteriorating the society with ill mindsets and dirty deals from Politicians level to Educational Institutions.

Using leading newspapers names, sold journalists in Tripura continue to enjoy high posts and recently exposed Times of India part time journalist Biswendu Bhattacharjee who made huge profit in CPI-M era, now minting cash since before Assembly Election 2018, now entered Tripura University as Guest Lecturer at high salary even though he doesn't have any NET/ P.hD and College teaching experience. 

This 'Times of India' journalist got the Lecturer Post in Tripura University in exchange of buttering news on Varsity Vice Chancellor Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar.  Biswendu Bhattacharjee basically associated with two leading newspapers : 1) Times of India, 2) UNI and in both the pages he writes oiling the Vice Chancellor so that VC can get him cash in the form of Lecturer Job.

Recently Bhattacharjee illegally occupied Agartala Press Club as Vice President and in court order he was terminated from his illegal post in the press club. Later Biswendu Bhattacharjee managed another illegal court order during court holiday through his relative Sanjoy Bhattacharjee, a Judge in Addl Sessions Court, Agartala. Then legal members decided to file a case in the High Court against the corrupt judgement of Sanjay Bhattacharjee, which is under process.

Now, Biswendu Bhattacharjee misusing Times of India brand to enjoy for the next few years till the second election knocks door by buttering VC Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar. In same way, Bhattacharjee enjoyed corruption cash in CPI-M era too. 

Biswendu is holding a fraud NGO organization Arpan Society which bagged Rs 17 Lakhs in CPI-M era in 2017 and Rs 16 Lakhs in BJP era with the task of 'cleaning Tripura plastics'. Biswendu's corruptions were raised by BJP MLA Surajit Datta in the Assembly recently. 

Unqualified Biswendu Bhattacharjee's appointment created heavy resentments among many Phd, NET qualifed scholars, also among University's teaching community.
