AGARTALA, Nov 13 (TIWN): When world going towards hyper-digitalization era, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb motivating youths to go in cowshed and collect cowdungs, milks. Sometimes, he is asking NIT-engineering students to become like Modi (biggest ever fraud Prime Minister of India) and sometimes claiming he (Biplab Deb) never lied in his whole life. Under 8 months of BJP ruling, Tripura has been experiencing highest ever unemployment problems with highest percentage of unemployment rates. Tripura even though in unemployment rate was highest in CPI-M era, but in BJP era the percentage has increased beyond control. 32.2% of unemployment rate in a small state like Tripura according to October month's record never happened earlier amid 25 years of long ruling of CPI-M which was never similar party with centre.

But when BJP Govt is failed to control the unemployment percentage, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb who is allegedly bearing fake degree of graduation continues to crack jokes on the graduates, masters by suggesting them to rear cows at home. At the same time frm CM to all BJP leaders are silent on BJP's Vision Documents promise of 5000 Govt vacant posts filling up in 1 year.

 Recently while addressing on the occasion of 11th convocation, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has claimed that Tripura will become IT-hub, business-hub, model state in next two and half years and people will rush to Tripura to get jobs.

Biplab Deb said, "Right now, Tripura has nothing, but I am designing Tripura into a model state form and nobody can stop Tripura to become a model state now. You (NIT final year students) are going to other states as  70% students already got jobs. It's good that you got placement but for developing Tripura I need all of you to come back. You are young and it is only you who can work under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Vision of New India and my Vision of New Tripura. India is one country, but for my state also I need talents. Thus, I am inviting all of you to meet me, give me thoughts, ideas through Janata Durbar so that I can utilize your advises". 

With another latest Joke CM has asked the youths what they would do with Fixed-Paid-Jobs, when they have Cow-Rearing Policy by which per month youths can eran Rs. 8000/-.
