AGARTALA, Oct 28 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister who half of the months resides outside Tripura continues his JUMLA-visits at Delhi, where his family is residing.
CM this time has assured that FCI will buy grains from state farmers which will increase farmers' income, whereas for Agriculture Dept, Minister of the Dept or officials could be sent. CM's constant absence from state is also effecting the development since beginning.
However, CM last time meeting Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley CM said that 7th Pay Commission fund will be allocated whereas nothing came from Ministry in reality.
Meeting Manohar Kumar, CMD, NPCC in New Delhi CM tweeted, "Shri Kumar assured that the National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) Limited shall finish the remaining task of completing the border fencing work between #Tripura and #Bangladesh at the earliest.#TransformingTripura".
Meeting Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore CM tweeted, "Apprised him regarding the various initiatives being undertaken under our #KheloTripura mission.We are committed towards achieving Shri Narendra Modi ji's vision of making a #FitIndia. #TransformingTripura".
Meeting Nitin Gadkari CM tweeted, "Held extensive discussions with Nitin Gadkari ji regarding various infrastructure projects.Work for NH-44A & NH-208 to initiate soon.Initiation of dredging work connecting Meghna-Gomati rivers will give huge boost to efforts to make #Tripura as Gateway of #NorthEast India"
