AGARTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): Tripura never witnessed such mass-cheating, JUMLA where State Govt failed to fetch any Central Package for State, even financial assistance to support MGNREGA mandays, which also exposed Narendra Modi, Amit Shah’s all fake promises before Assembly Election. Chief Minister Biplab Deb failed to get Central Financial Package even after 7 months of Govt formation. From 7th Pay Commission to Rs 2000 allowance all promises in Vision Document, failure to draw funds from Modi Govt, amid Biplab’s weekly Delhi visits and hundreds of photos with Central Ministers. Verma Committee report has exposed how Modi Govt is depriving Tripura from fund allocations. In comparison, previous CM Manik Sarkar still better than Biplab Deb as Manik Sarkar could fetch more funds from centre and managed 100 days mandays and other works.

 Due to Biplab Deb's failure to bring central funds state's economy has been down in last 7 months,even roadways are left paralyzed for lack of maintenance. 5-6 times Delhi visit and returning in empty hands with “Transforming Tripura” slogan left much faked Vision Document released by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, whereas when CM met Jaitley, he said, how can Centre sanction extra fund for Tripura whereas India has 28 states more. 

Every week Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s costly Delhi visits along with OSDs and advisors, Secretaries and friends have not at all helped Tripura people to get anything from Delhi, rather public taxes collecting from high fuel prices and other commodities are under waste.

No other state’s Chief Minister go repeatedly to other states, rather they send officials or the Dept’s Minister but Tripura CM with various excused from health dept to education himself flies to Delhi, meets personally with the Central Ministers, Prime Minister whereas in return brining nothing. 

Frequent Delhi flyer Biplab Deb couldn't manage fundings, financial packages from the Centre resulting neither implementing 7th Pay Commission nor allowance hike could be announced yet, rather with continuous fuel price hikes, down in MGNREGA woks Tripura's festival season remained gloom yet. Markets of Durga Puja yet to start business as Tripura's economy is facing heavy crisis situation.
