AGARTALA, Oct 13 (TIWN): BJP Bhakts Pranab Sarkar, Biswendu Bhattacharjee led Mafia style capture of Agartala Press Club under the direct patronage of Biplab Deb defeated by Judiciary. Judiciary once again saved Tripura from Undemocratic muscle-flexing occupation of institutions like Press Club as old Elected Committee assumed charge from Saturday.
Ntizens are slamming Pranab Sarkar's team for illegally occupying Press Club terming them as Mafia.

The decision came after Tripura Civil Court on Thrusday has ordered injunction on Illegal Committee. Court has set next month 17th Nov for hearing where Pranab Sarkar, Biswendu Bhattacharjee led Illegal occupiers have to prove on what basis they captured PressClub.
The ILLEGAL committee mebers dismissed by Court are : 1) Subal Dey (President), 2) Biswendu Bhattacharjee (Vice President), 3) Pranab Sarkar (Secretary) 4) Dipanta Majumder (Asst Secretary), 5) Kamal Kalai (Asst Secretary), 6) Tapan Majumder (Treasurer)
LEGALLY Elected Committee who has assumed charge on Court's order are : 1) Rajkumar Kalyanjit Singh (Secretary), 2) Satyabrata Chakraborty (President), 3) Chitra Roy (Vice President), 4) Pranab Chakraborty (Asst Secretary), 5) Kamal Chowdhury (Treasurer).
