AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): 7th Pay Commission could have been given to State Govt employees immediately after Tripura BJP Govt formation in March'2018 but P.P.Verma Committee was formed with the sole political purpose of delaying 7th CPC implementation as Modi, Jaitley didn't give required funds to Biplab Deb. As per Tripura CM's own words, Tripura needs Rs 20,000 crores in 5 years for 7th CPC implementation but in 2018-19 State Budget only Rs 1000 crores was allocated which was seen by Economic experts as an eyewash to fool voters. So, after TIWN's heavy pressure, rattled by Public outbursts against JUMLA Party's FAKE promises like 'Free Mobile Phones for all Tripura Youths', finally Biplab Deb either asked or Verma himself was cornered to submit the 7th CPC recommendation report.

Also some State Secretariat Senior officials are hinted that P.P.Verma was so fed up with BJP Govt's Political compulsions of 7th CPC but no sufficient funds that finally Verma just handed over the report to Biplab Deb in order get an quick exit from Tripura. After submitting Verma report ,now next step is when actually Biplab Deb can arrange enough funds to increase pay scales of approx 2 lakhs State Govt Employees, Pensioners ? So far, State Govt's position is not clear from when actual disbursement of 7th CPC high salaries will begin as BJP's Political goal is delaying it till April'2019 Lok Sabha Election.

BJP's long list of promises after 7 months are realized by Public as FAKE promises because most of them like ' Free mobiles for all youths' to 'One Job to Each Household' to many others are not only impossible but need thousands of crores money which neither Modi can afford to give to Tripura.

TIWN from the beginning of BJP Govt formation in March'2018 - kept constant pressure and reminder on Biplab Deb Govt to fulfill at least 7th CPC pay scales for Tripura's 2 Lakhs Govt Employees. TIWN also strongly protested Verma Commitee's Two extensions as this was a delay game for 7th CPC.

TIWN's bold coverage on BJP's tall promises and Public outbursts not only forced Biplab Deb coterie to push for speedy completion of Verma Committee Report but also kept  all JUMLA promises under tight observation.

As of now, its still unclear what Biplab Deb Govt will do with this Verma Committee report as Union Finance Minister Arun Jaiitley not yet allocated any funding or even partial fundings for 5 years requirement of total approx Rs 20,000 crores.

TIWN will continue its crusade to remind BJP Govt its long list of promises and fight for Tripura's 2 lakhs Govt Employees till State Govt Employees get 7th CPC fundings from Modi Govt.

It will be a surprise to know that Rajasthan Govt employees on yesterday has protested for 7th Pay Commission's implementation from 2016's effect, as the Govt could not fulfill its promise of 7th Pay Commission till day.

At 7 months of passage BJP Govt could not implement 7th Pay Commission which was promised to give from 1.1.2016. The party had signed an agreement with Govt employees that 7th Pay Commission for Govt employees and pensioners to be given with the affect of January 2016 and the agreement copy was given to each employee and pensioner’s home, but now as 7th Pay Commission is far from implementation arrears are increasing. It has been surveyed the agreement copy is still kept by those employees in their houses even those who came in retirement after 2016.

Even though the report has been submitted but practically but there is no good news for employees till day due to fund crisis.

Modi Govt has been marked as the first Govt whose party desperately lied with Fake Election promises before Lok Sabha Election. In case of Tripura also same happened when BJP was slamming the then Left Govt for not giving 7th Pay Commission to the Govt employees. But after winning the election with Employees and Pensioners votes, Pay Commission could not be announced on 7 months of Govt formation, whereas 10 % DA of July month is now pending left the Durga Puja season as dry. Infact puja business is still at down due to commodity price hikes and no salary hike of employees.

Resentments, frustrations gripped state govt employees as no DA, no Pay Commission was given to the employees.
