AGARTALA, Aug 29 (TIWN): A voted person for 5 years, who begs votes from door to door, touches public's feet and without a single exam or test they become Ministers with recommendations, once get the chair they start to cherish all unfulfilled dreams which they could not did with talents. Hence it has been proven once again when Tripura CM's office has instructed all officers how to behave from meeting to other occasion when the CM and Ministers are sitting before them.

Tripura never found any unmatched wearing from the bureaucrats which attracted media focus, rather the officers have been decent in attires till, but if there was any issue which the CM faced, respectful verbal instructions were enough to bring the officer in line, rather than displaying a notification in Tughlaqian style, which never happened earlier in any state of India.

Controversy has hit since a notification was published on August 20 by the Tripura Govt No-F1(5)/ PS/SE/2016/686 which says no official can wear jeans in offices and can’t talk keeping pockets in hands while talking to the so called “Ministers”, neither they should attend any phone call during meeting or s/he will be suspended.

The issue has hit a controversy when BJP, RSS leaders are openly attending in Govt programmes, violating the codes and conducts of the constitution.

However, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has allegedly ordered secretaries not to move their hands while talking to him.
