AGARTALA, Aug 29 (TIWN): BJP Govt’s cruel steps in halting ongoing recruitment processes hit Job aspirants youths hard as youths not seeing an end to this nightmare. Changing the earlier ruling party CPI-M for betterment of the state has resulted haunting as nightmare for unemployed youths undergoing tremendous suffering under BJP Govt’s draconian steps hitting future of many TPSC Job aspirants. Tripura people unseated CPI-M for a better future and to get freedom from corruption. but BJP-IPFT led govt is acting as worse than the previous Communist era. Frustrated unemployed youths are venting anger that Politicians will never know how an unemployed youth fight for a job and what situation he had to face to appear in the competitive exam “. Allegation raised that the new govt is not only playing with the unemployed youths and even violating the court verdict. Victims of BJP’s Jumla steps, unemployed youths have termed the Govt as “Inhuman govt”.Main question is, without any proof of scams, how a State Govt can cancel its own recruitment process ? It doesn’t matter which party is ruling the state, but a Govt functioning is a continuous process.

Due to the ongoing corruptions in the TPSC, the youths were fighting in the High Court against the recruitment process and one of the cases were regarding the TCS / TPS job recruitment, where the question papers’ distributions to seat allocations have been challenged in the High Court. Now High Court has announced the final verdict with some corrections, but within that time, the Cabinet of BJP-IPFT Govt has decided already that all existing recruitment process will be cancelled except judicial section. Even though TPSC is an autonomous body but now TPSC is also silent regarding the proceeding of recruitment process, fueled much tension and frustration among the job aspirants as it has been around a year, TPSC is sitting without almost Nil-recruitment, thanks goes to 5-6 months of the BJP Govt which consumed half of a year to think what to do with ongoing recruitments, even though “Govt is a continuous process”, but without any evidence of allegations it has terminated all job recruitments just because a new party is in power.

Complaints are coming from a bunch of TCS / TPS job aspirants based on Tripura High Court vide case W.P.(C)No.822 of 2016 dt.11-06-2018 where it is clearly mentioned (in the page-6) that the Exam for physical handicapped candidates should be conducted again and TPSC can publish result for the other candidates as well as the Viva-voce of TCS/TPS Exam may be conducted but the final result should be declared after the completion of written and viva-voce of the physical handicapped candidates.

“When High Court has ordered something, then how the newly BJP-IPFT led government can deny such verdict of the  honorable Tripura High Court and if not, why TPSC is delaying the recruitment ?”, the job aspirants raised question.

The TCS job aspirants victim youths stated, “ Though the honorable Tripura High court clearly mentioned in the verdict W.P(C)No.822/2016 to sent fresh requisition for PH candidate to TPSC by 07-07-18(in Page-6) for TCS/TPS exam and should continue the process but more than a month passed the govt yet not followed the direction of the court but twisted the matter cunningly and issued a memorandum stating all exam cancelled except Judicial Service”.

 “Even they are trying to establish a false logic that those who appeared in the TCS/TPS main exam were the family members/party members of CPM and the question setter passes the question papers to them.Though the exam was conducted by the stritct supervision of the honorable Tripura High Court and till date BJP-IPFT govt has no evidence to prove any corruption or question leakage regarding TCS/TPS exam.Its such an excptional logic in the whole country regarding state civil service established by BJP-IPFT govt.

“ If observed the prelims result the findings will be totally opposite of their logic as those who cleared the Prelimes were not related to any political party but they are maximum poor laborious candidates who had cleared various competetive exam in the past.Moreover it was their crime to dream to be an administrative officer and hence played by both the red and saffron govt, the victim youths agitated.

The overage people who will get one and only chance for job, they are the highest sufferer as in new recruitment whether they can score like before or not, it’s under doubt.

In the Head Offices of the Depts. Govt has not said anything, whereas in press conference it was said that all existing recruitment process have been cancelled. On the other side, from CM's speech again and again signals are coming that Govt Job will not be anymore as the primary option.

Another similar complaint came who said, “I am a TCS aspirant. When all are talking about 2018-19’s upcoming recruitment nobody is talking about the TCS recruitment held in January 2018”.

BJP Govt allegedly has created such a grave situation in state Tripura that, if Job aspirants knock High Court's door, in legal battle State Govt's face loss is imminent.
