AGARTALA, July 9 (TIWN): The minimum qualification for getting SMART phones under BJP’s pre-poll promised "Vision Document" is graduation.

Govt has already started talks with various mobile companies and as soon as the rates will be fixed after negotiation, the smart-phones will be given.

Earlier, during Assembly Chief Minister said the youths have to be Educated for smart phones. 

BJP had promised before election, that once it’s in power free-smart phones will be given to youths.

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had unveiled the Vision Document of Tripura BJP ahead of Assembly Election-2018.
