AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President Birjit Sinha has filed a case against one facebook user Anupam Pal for spreading fake information about him.
Anupam Pal had posted in his facebook that Congress President Birjit Sinha and Ex-CM Manik Sarkar are involved in kidney smuggling racket.
Referring the case, Gopal Roy said, “The fake information was spread by none other than BJP and their Minister Ratan Lal Nath. What is Congress’s fault here ? Even though police said they will take action against fake information circulators but against Anupam Pal there was no action. We demand the cyber cell’s rapid action in this issue”.
