AGARTALA, June 22 (TIWN): Tripura Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy while addressing on the 4th day of Tripura Assembly said, “Tourists spots in Tripura have left in miserable shape followed by a long regime of a same govt in Tripuraâ€.
“Various sanctuaries as South Tripura’s Trishna are almost dying. Before they die we need to recover them and rebuild them”, Roy said.
The Minister also claimed that Banga-Bandhu park at Belonia Chottakhola need to be renovated.
However, more than Tripura’s tourists spots the arrangement for tourists, proper road-maps, internet facility are in pathetic shape but there was no mention about that so far.
From map to vehicle service and other facilities availability only can make a state tourist friendly and for that Govt’s investment is needed.
The Minister said, all kinds of facilities to be arranged to bring the areas under tourists comfort-zone.
