AGARTALA, June 4 (TIWN): Vehicle service was hit at Radhanagar bus stand on Monday following a clash between private vehicle drivers and public vehicle drivers.
Since few days verbal clashes were going on among the drivers of both sides.
According to public vehicle drivers, privates cars should not carry passengers as such practices lead passenger-crisis for public vehicle drivers.
On the other side, office goers and the other passengers generally prefer to chose the private as private cars do not delay for more passengers.
A clash had emerged on yesterday when after being stopped by a public vehicular not to take any passenger, one private driver took passengers and also allegedly slapped the public vehicle driver.
The private vehicle driver also asked the public vehicle drivers present at there, they can do anything they want, but even Ministers are called nothing will happen to him.
With all these, Radhanagar drivers stopped vehicle service demanding banning to private car to take passenger.
The office goers and other passengers suffered heavily due to the incident.
