AGARTALA, April 18 (TIWN): Terming the media and critics as narrow minded, Tripura BJP CM Biplab Deb tried to took shelter under patriotism saying boosting about India should be every Indian's duty. Targeting media and critics CM said, 'They are bearing "Different mentality", which is not healthy for the society'. Being asked by media where does he stand now after his yesterday's speech, CM replied, "Without Internet, how can Sanjay speak about Kurukshetra war ? India's culture is fully based on science. This kind of people who can't believe in truths or can't digest truth and thus they face problem with such statements". "They want to debase our country and highlight other countries", he said. “The people who are trying to criticize are just trying to manipulate history of India and expand the figure of other nations”, CM said.

People who are unable to digest the truth that India was greater than other countries, they only can say like that. They want to defame India. Believe the truth....”,Biplab further added.

CM also blamed media for trying to confuse others, but the ignorance of arrogance is so much , that unable to believe he said wrong thing , in wrong place.

On Tuesday, April 17 -  "Not US and other Western Countries, but the internet was invented by India before lakhs of years", such has been claimed by Tripura BJP Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing in a regional workshop on PDS. 

"Many may decline the fact, but if internet was not there, how Sanjay (a figure of Mahabharata) could see the Kurukshetra war and describe Dritarashtra about that ? That means internet was there, Satellite was there", Chief Minister said at Pragna Bhawan on Tuesday.

"I feel proud that I was born in such a country which is much advanced in technology", CM added on Tuesday.

"The countries, which claim them as the best countries are hiring India's talents to upgrade their software mechanism", he said.  Chief Minister was addressing in a workshop on 'PDS Computerization and Reforms'.  Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland representatives attended the workshop with Tripura at the Pragna Bhawan. 

On wednesday too, CM continued his mythological propaganda of existance of Internet Era during Mahabarata times.
