AGARTALA, April 8 (TIWN): BJP’s much hyped vision document released by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley along with Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, BJP Spokesman Ashok Sinha now slowly taking a shape of “Delhi Ka Ladoo” of long but impossible promises. Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s immaturity in Politics turning a tough hurdle for saffron party to pacify disgruntled masses who are looking for various soaps as mentioned in Vision document.

On Feb 11, 2018, just a week before 2018 Assembly Election (18th Feb )– In order to maximize voting in BJP’s favour, Arun Jaitley led BJP triggered a storm of hope among masses with promises ranging from one job for each household, free housing for all, regularizing all contract employees, 7th Pay commission to all Govt employees, free smartphone to each youth (over 20 lakhs smartphones approx).

However now Sunil Deodhar, Biplab Deb led BJP realizing that none of them items in VISION document are possible practically, so repeating these promises till March’2019 will help BJP to sail through winning Tripura’s Lok Sabha seats.

After 2019 Lok Sabha Election, BJP will not need Tripura electorates till 2023 Assembly Election so promises can be kept hanging like low hanging fruits to win 2023 Assembly Election.

Thatswhy Tripura CM on Saturday at Pragna Bhavan interpreted that BJP never promised Govt Jobs in Tripura for each household but will provide training for Jobs via State’s Skill Development Centre. However Sunil Deodhar or Biplab Deb never uttered a single word clarifying this same stance of Govt’s inability of not providing Govt Jobs before Election.

Even though it’s a well known fact that Tripura’s Skill Development Mission is a sham as Manik Sarkar’s corrupt officials like Sanjay Panda & lameduck Industry Secretary Nagaraju, inept Director of Skill Development S.Prabhu so far failed to generate a single job via Skill Development Mission.

Rather than helping unemployed with Skill Development, Panda led Skill Development Mission renovated their chambers by spending  over Rs 25 lakhs Govt money and giving Skill Development Training to a Thief’s Lichubagan Office – in other words Nagaraju, Panda, Prabhu turned Tripura’s Skill Development Mission a mockery of Prime Minister Modi’s National Skill Development Mission.

Biplab Deb’s administrative immaturity already visible as rather than getting rid of Manik Sarkar’s era corrupt officials – rather Tripura’s inexperienced Chief Minister dreaming 1 lakh 16 thousand unemployed youths SkilL Development under these corrupt officials.

Due to CPI-M’s 25 years misrule, organized Private Sector doesn’t exist in Tripura, neither Jobs in Public Sector or in Tripura Govt – so the obvious question raises …” Where these lakhs of unemployed youths will be employed ?  How BJP Govt will give one Job to each household if no Govt Jobs ???”

Out of 10 points of Vision Document's promises, Chief Minister picked up the first topic where it was said, 'One employment opportunity to each household'. Chief Minister explained while addressing at skill development programme, "Our Vision Document  never promised that BJP Govt will provide govt jobs, rather we would arrange job opportunities or source of income through training". "People criticized us saying BJP is trying to diminish govt job opportunities from state, but it's not true. Govt jobs can never bring prosperity to a state, rather industries are responsible for the income of any govt".

Addressing on the occasion of 'Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana' scheme's launching, CM said, "After the youth will be given proper training, nobody can stop him / her to achieve the goal".

"It's PM Modi's dream that each and every poor youth should get training according to their talents. India is the country of youths, where 54 % people are below 25 years age. In Tripura also we have 7 lakhs unemployed youths but before the election too, I used to tell everyone that don't come for govt job to me, but govt can make the path ready for your future with training", CM said.

"I can't provide govt jobs. Govt job can't be the developmental measure of any country. The skilled youths are the measures of development, as they will grow industry in my state", CM added.

"Govt jobs can never bring income neither they can be the measure of development. It's "Kharchaa" (expenditure)....", CM said.

"India is the country of youths, where 54 % people are youngsters. In Tripura also we have 7 lakhs unemployed youths but before the election too, I used to tell everyone that don't come for govt job to me, but govt can make the path ready for your future with trainings", CM said.

"I can not provide govt jobs. Govt job can't be the developmental measure of any country. The skilled youths are the measures of development, as they will grow industry in my state", CM added.

On Feb 11,2018 after Arun Jaitley’s tall promises of Vision document CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar termed this vision document as ‘FATKA’

Immediately after BJP released it's election manifesto named 'Vision Document', CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar in the evening called press and has termed the Vision Document of BJP as an 'FOTKA' (in English means an Imaginary concept Or speculation).

"The vision document is not only an imaginary 'Fotka' but also illegal. It has not taken enough permissions before publishing it, violating the model code of conduct. We will complain the matter to EC", said Dhar.

"7th Pay Commission has not been implemented in many states even after BJP's coming in power and providing 7th Pay Commission has many conditions too", added Dhar.

"They said all constitutiiences will have colleges ! And people have to believe ?", added Bijan Dhar.

Regarding 'Smart phone gifting' promises of BJP, Bijan Dhar said, "Nothing is new here and no youth will be attracted with that offer as all these are FATKA ".

Already Biplab Deb’s speech on Saturday making people realize that either all these items in vision document are “FATKA” or a kind of “Delhi ka Ladoo” which will remain imaginary as its impossible to implement any of these Job promises.
