AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): The year-long problems faced by the Veterinary Dept's passed out students are yet to be mitigated even after one-year of passing ! The 2017 passed out students have not provided with registration numbers led mass tension and frustration gripped the unemployed youths under the Dept. Already they had failed to apply for 31 posts declared by TPSC, whereas Manipur and other states' students are going to face the examination. A source said that a huge number of students are leaving state to get higher study or private jobs outside Tripura, as even after passing out from Govt Colleges TPSC is not accepting their application without registration numbers.

Moreover, in the job-advertisement published by TPSC there was no reservation for PH and many other similar violations of recruitment rules were observed in that advertisement.

The College had begun its journey in 2009 and the first year students were provided with registration numbers arranged from MCI but after that due to infrastructural problems admissions were stopped. Again in 2012, the students admission began but this time they failed to arrange registration numbers.

As a result after passed out and also the passing out the students futures have become dark. A number of students have placed a deputation to Minister Santana Chakma recently and also planning to meet the Chief Minister but due to internship pressures and ongoing classes the students are bound to their routine.

Without registration number an uncertainty is hovering over the doctors’ futures which has tensed, resented the passed out unemployed veterinary unemployed youths.

The previous govt kept on delaying the problem of the students for years after years, but now it's already delayed. Students are unable to fix the direction and their futures are hovering under clouds even after scoring well in Class-12 and studying in Colleges for years.
