Rose Valley is the long pending case under the left regime, where no topmost leaders came under judicial procedure even after left backed media had propagated, advertized Rose Valley in exchange of hefty amounts. Not only this, Tripura's left leaders including Chief Minister Manik Sarkar was framed with various chit fund owners, inviting in them state, even though later it was said that Left leaders extreme foolishness and ignorance led Tripura Rose Valley disaster, but neither Congress nor BJP was ready to trust it was "foolishness", rather it was considered as a cold planned looting. Journalist Sudip Datta Bhaumik murder case is another pending justice which the BJP wants the investigation through CBI.
Earlier, MLA Ratan Lal Nath also told TIWN that the first step against Rose Valley chit fund of Tripura will be to handover the case to CBI.
