Rs. 20,000 crores  to cost for 7th Pay Commission for Tripura Govt employees

AGARTALA, Feb 19 (TIWN): For 7th pay commission's allocation, at least Rs. 20,000 crores the state govt needs to bear, in a press conference BJP State President Biplab Deb said.

Referring the Vision Document of BJP which was published by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Biplab Deb said, "When we were promising 7th pay commission that time we had to consult with the central govt and also talked to NITI Aayog. At least Rs. 20,000 we need to take for the 7th pay commission's allocation".

"In the same manner for allowances, wages the funding will also be increased by centre", added Deb one day after the poll was ended.

One day ahead of poll, Biplab Deb said that 90 % voters from state govt employees would be voting for BJP and after the poll, calling a press conference Biplab Deb has said so, showing a confidence that BJP will win the election.
