AGARTALA, Feb 12 (TIWN): After Party review meeting conducted on Sunday, the BJP National President Amit Shah on Monday while interacting with media here said, "Tripura is proceeding to Assembly Election and after campaigning across 60 constituencies we held a review meeting. As an outcome of the review meeting, it has become clear that BJP will surely make its Govt here in Tripura". "Resentment against Left is too high following the 25 years of corrupt CPI-M regime, which fueled deprivations and led into frustration among the masses", Shah told media. "In comparison to other states, Tripura is standing in the last row of developmental rate, whereas other states have been progressed a lot after BJP came at Centre. After BJP comes in power in Tripura, it will fix the Health, Water related issues and will call for various investment summits. Law and order will be our first priority".
"Police, administration all are supporting CPI-M directly. Once BJP comes in power we will restore state's law and order", Shah told media.
Praising the Modi Govt Shah said, "When under UPA Govt the investment for Tripura was 7200 crores, under the BJP Govt it has increased at 25,396 crores. BJP Govt has given Tripura flyover, 173 KM Highway already in progress, science city, 12 crores for GB hospital, 8 crores for Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, 22 crores for Transport, 100 crores for tourism etc totaling 950 crores".
"Under the 14th Pay Commission 18,000 crores have been given more by the BJP led Central Govt. Once BJP comes in power, 10323 issues will be fixed, pay commission will be 7th from 4th, Health Service under Ayush will be upgraded and crime against women to be deducted. Today everyday 5 crimes against women are held and among them 2 are rapes", added Amit Shah.
