AGARTALA, Jan 22 (TIWN): Ahead of the crucial Assembly Election-2018, all the political parties have been geared up to take up important decisions for their parties best performance in the upcoming poll. An internal party meeting of BJP has begun at Agartala led by total 16 leaders. A source said that regarding the candidate list also there will be discussions. In a meeting led by BJP General secretary Ram Madhav, Tripura State President Biplab Deb, State BJP Observer Sunil Deodhar, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and more 12 persons have been seen for discussing on the important issues related the vote. Among the 12 persons there are Ratan Lal Nath, MLA Sudip Barman, Jishnu Debbarma, Subal Bhowmik, Ram Prasad, Rampada Jamatia, Papiya Datta, Papiya Bhowmik, Pratima Bhowmik, Rajib Bhattacharjee, Ashok Sinha.

However, due to holidays BJP is not likely to disclose any of the party decisions and tomorrow on the day of CPI-M's candidates names list out the BJP will also announce PM Modi's arrival date as well as seat sharing issues with IPFT.

In the meeting General Secretary of BJP Ram Madhav was also seen in the lead role. Both Ram Madhav and Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma arrived on yesterday and to continue their stays till tomorrow.

However, the key-aims of the meeting was not declared but State Observer Sunil Deodhar said, "BJP Tripura State Election Committee meeting begins in presence of Ram Madhav Ji, Himanta Biswa Sarma Ji , Biplab Kumar Deb Ji & other state leaders at Agartala".
