10323 Teachers Protest Falls on Day 40 : | AGARTALA, Jan 15 (TIWN): The terminated 10323 Teachers protest has fallen on Day 40 without any positive response from the State Govt yet. The teachers who started protest from December 7 are still continuing their agitation without a failure. The joint movement committee of the 10323 teachers are organizing this movement and without any break, the protest continues before Agartala City Centre. In his speech one of the terminated teacher, JMC member Arunjoy Chakma said, "We had no fault but on that time when High Court verdict came, may be, we could not explain the matter properly resulted huge badmouthing against us but the people who had indulged in bad mouthing about us, they have too realized their faults and thus no such propaganda is seen today. However, a little section is still active and we want to warn them to correct their attitudes. We had no fault. Landmark Verdict caused one more Blow fo | AGARTALA, Jan 7 (TIWN): Tripura High Court's one more landmark verdict has come in favour of the deprived common men, who were deprived illegally by Tripura Govt from regularization, although a major portion of the employees were regularized in 2017. Today, High Court has asked Tripura Govt to regularize more 10 officials of the Forest Dept who have been reft of regularization. Detailing about the petition and its verdict today, Senior Advocate of the Tripura High Court Purushottom Roy Barman has said, "Chief Justice Akhil Kureshi has ordered Tripura Govt to regularize the 10 petitioners of the Forest Dept and the effect will be from 1/1/2018. In 2017, Tripura Govt had decided to regularize the garden workers and 321 out of 363 persons were already regularized by December 2017 but the rest of other employees were not regularized and after the Govt changed also, they were not regularized. In September month, 2019, total 10 person filed petition in High Court and High Court ordered Govt to regularize them. On that time, Govt appealed in High Court against its decision, although Court dismissed the plea. Now, more 10 workers also filed petition who are working from 2010 under Forest Dept.
