Tripura's TET qualified teachers demand | AGARTALA, Jan 8 (TIWN): Newly appointed TET Qualified teachers in Tripura have once again come in massive protest demanding regular-pay scales. In front of Gandhi statue at Agartala Circuit house, the teachers staged a mass agitation through silent protest. In banners teachers displayed their demands writing, "Stop Exploiting Teachers". Also banners were shown writing, "We are doing our duty regularly, but why the salary is fixed ? Some more banners as "Where is minimum wage", "We want rights to live" etc. Tripura CPI-M Govt had formed a rule to keep all teachers on fixed scale for first 5 years, whereas central govt is sending the salaries of the teachers at regular scale.
