However, Biplab Deb was shocked to see the pathetic condition of ADC areas cut of all facilities, where in a village children found who do not even know what is called "Bulb"; forget about electricity. Students were entering schools by climbing on the boundary walls as teachers time and schedule is never fixed there. Calling a press meet, Biplab Deb tried to reflect on some issues and the lifestyles of the ADC people via video clippings. | Tripura College Education cripples ahead | UDAIPUR, July 28 (TIWN): CPI-M's pre-poll organized violence paralyzed College education across Tripura. Tight security has been deployed at Udaipur subdivision located Netaji Subash Vidyaniketan on Friday, while BJP Yuva Morcha members were leading a protest rally in the College premises, protesting against alleged attack of SFI upon ABVP members studying in the College. On the other side, SFI has brought serious allegation against ABVP leader Dipankar Debnath saying on July-26 Dipankar had assaulted a girl student in class room that led the whole chaos. Against ABVP member Dipankar Debnath FIR also has lodged; whereas ABVP has also lodged FIR against 7 SFI leaders for attacking Dipankar in a closed room and hitting him physically. The work will be done from Akhaura to Agartala railway station, whereas the Bangladesh part will be done by Bangladesh Govt itself. The Indian government has given the highest priority to the Agartala-Akhaura railway project under South-East Asia's gateway works; that would automatically connect the rail network of both the countries developing the bonding between two countries. The Compensation will be given 4 times more than the Govt rate to around 250 people. The project would further boost Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Act East' policy. Tripura became landlocked after partition was done in 1947 and during the gap of 70 years from Independence to 2016, Tripura has been remained at a corner being cut off almost from the whole country.
