AGARTALA, Jan 21 (TIWN): The Jio service has been running very slow and the internet facility is also down in many subdivisions of state Tripura.

Including the Capital City Agartala the service is running slow. This is the 1st ever that Jio service has been down.

At Amarpur, Agartala Jio is worse than any other mobile network.

Customers alleged that such pathetic service was never felt earlier but since a week various halting in service was faced.

Mobile users are still okay with the service but whenever anyone is trying to attach something via email or working through Wi-Fi,  the service is very slow and infact unworthy of working.
