AGARTALA, Jan 13 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar while addressing at Yuva Diwas, said, “The people who are hungry, do you feel their pains ? Do you feel their sufferings ? Are you ready to sacrifice everything for the hungry, poor people of the country ? If you are ready, then only I will call you nation's wellwisher’.However, when CM was talking on humanity, he himself was accused for neglecting his people’s rights, including Agriculture Staffs who are protesting at Circuit house, demanding regularization. The road blockade which was started by Agriculture Dept’s casual staffs since 10 AM morning demanding regularization, had been continued for 16 hours long. Later with BJP State President Biplab Deb's intervension the blockade was withdrawn.
Irregular Horticulture Dept's irregular staffs have been continuing their demands of regularization who are working since 18 years under Tripura Govt.
CM has talked about Humanity on Yuva Diwas. But amidst shivering cold, people are protesting at Circuit house, but he is now silent.
CM further advised teachers to shape children to dedicate themselves with social activities, rather than making them selfish.
"Vivekananda also talked about bringing changes. But for that the change has to be brought within ownself. Wherever you are born, but your works should be good. Either from cobbler or barber family, it doesn't matter, what matters is your self confidence. First you are a humanbeing", added CM.
"Swami Videkanada had awakened whole world but he made it possible because he had tremendous trust upon ownself", added CM.
"Nothing is called impossible. But who will give the lesson ? They are the parents, teachers. But without giving those lesson only garlanding his statue is meaningless", added CM.
CM further said, "My understanding power is very less, but as far as I believe, Ramakrishna Paramhamsa also asked mankind to build up the truth".
