AGARTALA, Dec 14 (TIWN): After Supreme Court has extended 6 months job-tenures to the terminated teachers, Tripura BJP Spokesman Ashok Sinha asked CPI-M leaders to seek apology for calling 'Supreme Court as RSS backed' after SC's verdict of 10323 teachers on 29th March, 2017.
"Today I want to know after the temporary relief, the teachers have received with SC's verdict, what's Bijan Dhar's stand on it ?", said Ashok Sinha following SC's allowance of 6 months to 10323 terminated teachers' job tenures.
CPI-M Spokesman Gautam Das on May-9, 2017 said that SC's role is suspicious and RSS backed. Not only Gautam Das, but CPI-M's attack upon Judiciary claimed many times that SC's judgement on 10323 teachers was unexpected and unfortunate.
CPI-M spokesperson Goutam Das on that day told media ‘whereas 10,323 teachers’ case was pending since 2 days in Supreme Court proceedings but all of a sudden the verdict was given suddenly following HC’s order, which is quite suspicious’. ‘The mysterious verdict seems the highest court of India is controlled by RSS and BJP fully', said Gautam Das.
Das also alleged that 3 best lawyers were booked by BJP leaders to fight against the ruling CPI-M in this case.
