AGARTALA, Nov 13 (TIWN): MP Saroj Pandey in her two day visit in CPI-M ruled Tripura said, "Chief Minister Manik Sarkar since 20 years of his Chief Ministry instead of developing the state is trying to portray his own image with a wise look. To save the Manik Sarkar's face, from police to justice-------- whole system has been paralyzed under CPI-M".
"Our ideology, developmental attitudes both are struggling as the Chief Minister is struggling to portray his own image", added Pandey.
"A federal system run through the functioning of State and Centre both. Centre has given 5 National Highways and works on 4 Highways have started, rail connectivity doesn't need any introduction in Tripura. But the State Govt has totally failed to utilize the Central projects", added Pandey.
Recently, Tripura State BJP leader MLA Sudip Barman also brought the same allegation against Manik Sarkar. The BJP MLA slammed the section of CPI-M's paid media who are trying to portray Manik Sarkar's image which is actually 'much' bigger portray of the CM's actual 'size'.
"The section of beneficiaries people who are very-busy to portray Mr. Manik Sarkar, much eager to portray his image are aiding, editing corruption in Tripura, but I have to say that Chief Minister is honest", added Barman.
