Training progammes on Disaster Management begins in Tripura

AGARTALA, Nov 13 (TIWN): Training on Disaster Management has begun on Monday at Bishalgarh.
Central Govt had identified 30 Districts of the country for training on how to handle with emergency situation.
Among the 30 Dist, from Tripura Sepahijala Dist was selected.
After 12 trainings, youths will be deployed in Disaster Management works and how to tackle with flood and other natural disasters.
On Monday, official inauguration of the programme was held at Gokulnagar located CTI camps hall room.
On that occasion Disaster Management Chief of Tripura Sarat Kumar Das remained present along with other Disaster Management officials.
Total 200 people in 8 parts will be trained under this programme.
