AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): Tripura opposition BJP leader Sudip Barman has demanded judicial investigation against various scams in Tripura related to Board exams.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP office, Barman said, 'This time 4800 reviews were done after board exam results. However, after the scrutinizing, 60 % marks were increased and after that 70 students through RIT appealed for self-inspection. Among the 70 students 40 students numbers' had been increased. Isn't it surprising'?
'How after 4 times of scrutinizing, faults remained with 40 students' papers ? Why after such negligence, no action against the state govt officials were taken?', said Barman.
'If the officers are not guilty, then it proves that people who have money power, political links they could increase the marks during so called 'SELF-INSPECTION', said the BJP leader.
'Not only in normal exams, but in joint entrances, admissions such scams are hitting upon the talented students', said Baman.
