UDAIPUR (Matabari), Oct 20 (TIWN): 'Profit and losses both were at a balance in Matabari on the occasion of Diwali', a high official told TIWN on Friday.
'Eventhough rain disrupted the business but it was again from night 12 AM that profit went high', he added.
Lakhs of devotees arrived to see Diwali fair through train and vehicle service but the locals seated at home, the high profit seemed impossible to gain as the rain has also continued on Friday.
But since Thursday morning amidst tight security the crowd was managed as from various parts of the country lakhs of devotees have been rushing in the temple.
'On that time the profit was very high, which was paused since evening 7.30 to 11.30 but after the midnight the business again went high', added the official.
On the other side bus drivers are busy in profits with double fares, said a tourist at Nagerjala.
