AGARTALA, Oct 19 (TIWN): The children, girls, women of Agartala city joined in a rally to bring water from Laxmi Narayan Bari lake to mark auspicious Kali Puja, which is being celebrated across the state today.

"Joy Ma Kali Santander Sangha" (Indranagar) members held rally on Kali Puja, collected water for Puja from Laxmi Narayan Bari Lake.

Like every year on Thursday, on the auspicious occasion of Diwali or Kali puja  total 108 of girl-children joined in that rally from Indranagar Kalibari premise.

The water they have brought from Laxmi Narayan Bari lake will be used in various homes for kali Puja.
