CHARILAM, Oct 4 (TIWN): With a surprise, both BJP and CPI-M's flags and banners were damaged on Tuesday night, leaving no clue about who did this.

The incident took place at Charilam, near the party offices.

But no party has directly  accused anybody, rather have called to maintain the peace.

At the end, Bisramganj police visited the spot and collected the flags of both parties and took them to police stations.
