AGARTALA, Oct 4 (TIWN): Even though Tripura CPI-M Govt couldn’t arrest the culprits in Santanu murder case, neither any police official was suspended for negligence in duty but the party is taking full mileage of Santanu’s death.

The family members of Santanu was invited at Jirania in a ‘Smaran Sabha’ for Santanu as the party assured Santanu’s mother to take care of the family and will arrange a job for Santanu’s sister after she passes out.

Santnau’s sister was called upon the state and they forced her to share dais with CPI-M politicians but later she felt “uneasy” to sit there and left the stage to join her mother in the audience.

When it comes about CBI investigation, the party is silent but when it comes about allegation they are blindly alleging that IPFT has killed Santanu. However, CPI-M govt till day couldn’t prove who killed Santanu actually.

The state govt however has promised to donate Rs. 10 lakhs to Santanu’s family.
