AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): BSNL internet facility that was paralyzed on Friday has been back on Monday morning.
The fibre cut was due to Tripura’s Govt’s ongoing pipeline works, where pipeline workers failed to identify the fibre wires and cut the wires at Math Chowmuhani.
But BSNL engineers, workers could fix it within hours. When customers went to register a complaint on Saturday the employees said the connection will be back within today and so there is no necessity of registering a complaint.
However, internet didn’t back on Saturday. When TIWN telephoned the fibre connectivity’s official on the next day he said, “Today is Sunday” and cut the Phone.
However, finally after 48 hours of disable connectivity BSNL is again functioning.
BSNL is not taking complaints, BSNL is not working on Sunday amid emergency situations-----such lazy, corrupt attitudes are reason behind why public lost respect for govt offices and it’s also clear that “New India” can’t be built if privatization is not interfering to fix the lazy workers.
