UDAIPUR, Aug 24 (TIWN): After a day had been passed that platsic like milks-selling was reported to police by a local at Udaipur, Food Inspector Dayal Ram has taken samples of milks selling at Udaipur Chalk Bazar.
The samples has been sent for test in laboratory at Agartala. Talking to the food inspector he told TIWN that without labarotory test no action can be taken against anyone.
However, the seller against whom allegation raised Basana Debnath, she said, ‘I used the buy the milk from outside. How would we know what is mixed in it?’
Right now everything is depending upon the laboratory test report.
The plastic like milk was found on Tuesday. The report came after Litan Sharma, residence of Master Para under Udaipur alleged the matter to the police at there.
Since 7 to 8 days Litan Sharma was buying milks from Basana Debnath of Chalk Bazar but his child was becoming ill.
On Tuesday, when Litan Sharma's wife was making curds, then the milk turned a plastic like item.
Food inspector Dayal Ram was informed about the issue. Police is investigating the case.
