AGARTALA, Aug 6 (TIWN): With the Durga Puja is closeby, lod shedding has begun in Tripura due to puja preparation works.

Thus along with celebration, the suffering of people have begun as every year before Durga Puja days, long loadshedding hit the public. 

On Sunday also the power dept. officials did overtime duties, keeping the Durga Puja in front. 

Preparation for Durga Puja has kicked off in full swing across Tripura.

Durga Puja this year will begin from Sep-27 and continues till Dasami on Sep-30.

For Bengali people Durga puja is the greatest celebration in the whole year. People, especially women, children and girls eagerly wait for the 1st day of Durga Puja.

Already markets are stocked with new collection of dresses.
